Sales Coordinator Position

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key player in supporting our Director of Outreach & Sales to achieve and maintain full occupancy in our vibrant senior housing community. You'll provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. This role is based primarily within our welcoming community, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact every day. Schedule & Compensation: 80 hours per two weeks Day shift Weekends as needed About Aurora on France: Aurora on France is a state-of-the-art senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Conveniently located near Hwy. 62 and France Ave., and on a bus line, Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care, and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer employees many benefits, beautiful walking paths for your breaks, and opportunities for growth both in the TCU and Assisted Living. Key Responsibilities: Implement the sales and marketing plan to achieve and maintain full occupancy. Follow guidelines, update materials, understand trends. Schedule tours, pre-close sales, maintain databases and reports. Manages wait list Promote positive customer relations. Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home Guide transitions, maintain relationships, update records. Maintains database of contact records up-to-date Assists residents and their family members through the moving process Serve as a resource to senior residents/tenants and families seeking information. Prepare materials, participate in lease signings, plan events. Assume special projects as assigned.
