Licensed Sales Producer

I am looking for an experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to help grow our local Allstate agency. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, closing business, and serving the Bedford-area community. You will work directly with customers to recommend coverage solutions, protect their families and assets, and deliver a strong customer experience. Responsibilities Generate new business and cross-sell existing customers Identify and qualify sales opportunities from multiple lead sources Educate customers on auto, home, life, and related insurance products Build long-term client relationships Provide a positive, professional customer experience Qualifications Active Texas Property & Casualty License (required) Minimum 3 years of insurance sales experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Willing to work in-office Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus uncapped commission Compensation negotiable based on experience and employment structure Paid time off Leads may be provided Ongoing training and development through Allstate University Advancement opportunities Disclosure This position is with an Allstate Exclusive Agent, not Allstate Insurance Company.
