JOB SUMMARY:

The Technical Producer will be responsible for producing and executing virtual, hybrid and in-person meeting productions from small to large scale events. This role involves coordinating with various departments and clients, ensuring that technical specifications are met, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the production lifecycle. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Operates event production equipment including, but not limited to, analog/digital audio consoles, video switchers (Roland, Blackmagic and Analog Way), PTZ cameras, Stream Decks and MIDI controllers Operates software-based production such as Adobe Premier, vMix and Wirecast along with streaming platforms such as Zoom and Teams Provides full meeting production support either independently or as part of a team, depending on the scale of the meeting Collaborates with project managers, producers and production teams in the development and execution of technically flawless meetings in order to achieve client goals Troubleshoots software and hardware issues to ensure successful meetings in the immediate and long-term, and makes every effort to resolve technical issues while under time constraints Provides virtual Array support as needed Assists Project Managers with AV needs which could include securing AV vendors and or equipment Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience to perform the job CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE/REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:

None QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3-5 years of specific production experience in either broadcast, streaming orwork in a production company, or television network Minimum of 3 years working knowledge of A/V technology in both large and small meetings and experience with remote virtual meeting support programs (Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, etc.) Deep knowledge of pro audio-visual gear, breakout rooms, participant management, presentation asset management and meeting production workflows Knowledge of AV recording systems, including post-production and software-based audio mixing systems (Shogun, Blackmagic, Screenflow and Premier Pro) Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Must be open to occasional work on weekends, holidays and extended hours Strong working knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus Strong working knowledge of vMix, OBS, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Audition, Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce and Atem Control Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to perform live meeting production & tasks under tight deadlines and work independently to manage simultaneous projects Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
