About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the definition and execution of a global marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation, with a focus on accelerating growth and reinforcing the company's leadership in wildfire risk mitigation. This role demands a seasoned SaaS marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B enterprise marketing, particularly in regulated industries. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with elevating the company's brand, driving thought leadership, and establishing a strong market presence. They will also oversee a diverse range of industry events, develop multi-channel demand generation programs, and work closely with the sales team on account-based marketing strategies.

Applicants must have at least 12 years of progressive marketing leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise technology, with a strong emphasis on demand generation, product marketing, and brand leadership. The role requires exceptional communication and storytelling skills, the ability to translate complex technology into compelling narratives, and a passion for mission-driven work, particularly in the areas of resilience and climate technology. Experience in growth-stage, PE-backed, or global expansion environments is preferred. The VP of Marketing will be expected to build and lead a high-performing marketing team, establish scalable processes, and manage budgets effectively to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
