About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead admissions and enrollment growth across multiple locations. This hands-on, builder role is ideal for a senior marketing executive with a passion for aviation or piloting, who is adept at modernizing marketing technology stacks, scaling digital acquisition channels, and building performance-driven enrollment engines. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling the admissions and enrollment marketing strategy, leading full-funnel digital marketing, and partnering with the CEO and Private Equity stakeholders to define and execute growth initiatives. A key focus will be on modernizing and optimizing the MarTech stack, building scalable systems to increase qualified inquiries, applications, admissions, and enrollments, and translating data into insights that are directly tied to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years' of experience in admissions, enrollment, or demand-driven growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving multi-site enrollment growth through digital channels. They should possess deep expertise in modern marketing tools, platforms, and analytics, and have a strong business acumen with marketing decisions directly tied to revenue outcomes. Experience in a lean, PE-backed environment, and a collaborative, data-driven, and execution-oriented approach are essential. The role offers a direct impact on business growth, a true seat at the table with the CEO and investors, and the opportunity to build, modernize, and scale a high-impact marketing function within a mission-driven organization.
