About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Growth Marketing to spearhead its global demand generation, events, and partner marketing functions. This leadership role demands a data-driven and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in architecting and executing multi-channel strategies to generate a predictable, scalable pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and scaling of a global demand generation function, with a focus on targeting C-suite executives and functional leaders within enterprise finance, technology, digital, and e-commerce teams. A true marketing scientist, the VP will champion data-driven decision-making, foster a culture of experimentation, and lead a high-performing team to optimize campaigns and messaging continuously.

Applicants for the VP of Growth Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' B2B marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires expertise in modern growth marketing practices, particularly in building and scaling sophisticated, multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing global field marketing and events strategies, as well as experience collaborating with key partner ecosystems to drive joint pipeline growth. A testing-centric approach, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a significant marketing budget are essential. The company values diverse perspectives and encourages individuals with a passion for driving measurable business impact to apply, even if their background does not align perfectly with the job description.
