About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Performance Growth and Enrollment Marketing to spearhead its enterprise-wide growth and enrollment strategy. This high-impact, hands-on executive role is pivotal in modernizing the marketing ecosystem, scaling enrollment, and building a performance-driven growth engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the marketing strategy across multiple locations, partnering with the CEO and Private Equity firm on growth planning, and modernizing the marketing stack to drive B2C customer acquisition, enrollment growth, and demand generation. A key aspect of the role is to establish a test-and-learn culture, translate the organization's mission into compelling brand storytelling, and ensure that all marketing efforts are tightly aligned with revenue and business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have 12-15+ years of progressive B2C marketing leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on education, enrollment marketing, or mission-driven organizations. They should have deep roots in digital marketing, proven experience in modernizing marketing technology stacks, and a track record of increasing enrollments, conversions, and revenue. Experience working directly with CEOs and Private Equity firms, as well as a passion for mission-driven, education-focused work, are essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on, player-coach mindset, who is a highly collaborative leader and can influence across teams and functions.
