You will provide continued training and oversight for human resources managers in your region. You will foster positive and open communication with your team members. You will be responsible for the quality and compliance of human resource documentation in facilities within your region.
Human Resources Director Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resources in skilled nursing or long-term care. Proficiency with HRIS software, preferably Paylocity.
