Your Impactful Responsibilities:
Help lead and coordinate high-quality nursing care across the facility
Support and collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Unit Managers
Implement and manage specialized programs and procedures
Uphold facility policies and state/federal nursing regulations
Drive continuous improvement in quality of care and resident outcomes
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
Overseeing infection prevention and quality assurance measures
Participating in nursing home surveys and inspections
Training and supervising nursing personnel
Organizing and leading staff education and in-service programs
What You’ll Bring:
Current RN license (Georgia)
Strong clinical, training, and team leadership skills
1–2 years of rehab nursing experience preferred
Experience in infection prevention is a
plus
