Where You’ll Work
Local VITAS office in San Francisco, CA.
What You’ll Do
- Join the senior leadership team for a VITAS service area, ensuring that the clinical, financial, and operational aspects of hospice run smoothly.
- Support all members of the interdisciplinary team—including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and others.
- Coach team members, consult on clinical matters, and lead performance‑improvement initiatives to elevate the patient experience.

- Hold an RN license and have at least four years of healthcare management experience.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of operation.
- Minimum two years of home health and hospice experience.
- Four years of healthcare management experience.
- Hands‑on fiscal and budgetary experience.
- Experience managing a team of leaders.
State Specific Requirements (California)
- Hold an RN with a BSN or related field.
- Three years of recent experience in hospice, home health, primary care clinic, or health facility.
- One year in a supervisory or administrative position.
