Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Daytime Hospitalist to join the hospitalist team at Greenwich Hospital in Greenwich, Connecticut. In this role, you will focus on providing high-quality inpatient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring continuity of care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications
Education:
- M.D. or D.O., with completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency.
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Internal Medicine.
Licensure:
- Valid Connecticut medical license
- Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
- Federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Certification
- Must obtain attending medical staff privileges at the respective YNHHS entity.
