About the Company

At North Shore Pediatric Therapy , you’ll have a career you’re proud to talk about. We value assent‑based, ethical care and back clinicians with real resources.

We practice true interdisciplinary care, with BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, neuropsychologists, and mental health providers working side‑by‑side and often co‑treating. We’ll shape not just individual sessions but how care is delivered across the program.

Ideal Candidate

  • A natural coach who loves helping people grow and celebrates team success.
  • A culture‑builder who believes collaboration and laughter go hand‑in‑hand with great care.
  • A detail‑ and big‑picture thinker able to toggle from reviewing documentation to mapping out a 5‑year vision.
  • A problem‑solver who thrives on scheduling puzzles and tricky conversations.
  • A connector who builds relationships across disciplines, teachers, and families.
  • Someone that brings a little bit goofy energy—team lunches, confetti celebrations, creative moments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the SLP team while supporting MH operations.
  • Drive clinical quality, training, and performance standards.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new clinicians.
  • Partner with doctors, teachers, BCBAs, OTs, PTs, and others to deliver interdisciplinary care.
  • Support strategic planning, efficiency, and operational improvements across programs.
  • Build a culture of collaboration, growth, and support.

Qualifications

  • CCC‑SLP, licensed and in good standing.
  • 5+ years of experience (pediatrics preferred).
  • 1+ year of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Strong communicator who is proactive and detail‑oriented.
  • Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs.
  • Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
  • 25+ days off in your first year through PTO + 7 paid holidays.
  • 401(k) with company match.
  • $500 professional development stipend + free in‑house CEUs.
  • A supportive environment where feedback fuels growth, creativity sparks ideas, and laughter is part of the job.

Total compensation includes base and eligible annual bonus.

Salary: $85,000 – $105,000 USD per year.
