PV&COHO is in search of a Director of Client Engagement. The ideal candidate supports client accounts within the agency, ensuring that they are profitable and growing. They take responsibility for the delivery of the highest possible quality creative work that meets the client’s needs and addresses their business problems. The role is responsible for building strong client relationships alongside the Sr Global Strategy Directors and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a broad array of innovative solutions that meet clients’ needs and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
We serve Fortune 500 CPG clients across multiple categories like food, beverages, personal care, home care, etc., offering integrated creative services, an in‑house consumer learning center, and advanced prototyping facility. Our team includes experts across design, engineering, creative, brand strategy, insights, and research.

Responsibilities
- Serve as an active project manager and main point of contact for all matters related to client project needs.
- Independently write proposals that win business and accomplish company objectives.
- Keep initiatives on time, on budget, and focused on achieving project objectives.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to find solutions satisfying client wishes while upholding business needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention while actively seeking opportunities for new business.
- Track, manage, and grow revenue pipeline, along with secured revenue associated to assigned accounts.
- Track, manage, and achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of work experience in a related field (design, advertising, promotions).
- Consulting experience and client experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, or related field.
- Skilled experience and abilities in the sales process from initiation to close.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Adaptive problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced interpersonal, motivational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Project). HubSpot is a plus.
