Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of M&A and private equity experience.
• Experience in an Am Law 100 firm.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of the resident office location.
