Group Director of Sales

Ryder System, Inc. invites you to lead sales within a dynamic territory and drive revenue growth.

Essential Functions

  • Direct and manage a multi-level sales team to achieve sales and retention goals.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan with short- and long-term growth objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of marketing initiatives and competitive strategy for the territory.
  • Retain and grow relationships with existing customers and expand opportunities for Ryder products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Transportation or related field.
  • Seven (7) or more years of senior sales management experience with strong negotiation and strategic execution skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial elements and transportation logistics is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in motivating, customer focus, business acumen and vision.

Compensation

Salary range: $190,000 - $210,000 per year. Eligible for annual bonus, commission and long-term incentive plan.
