Compensation Package
Base salary range: $150,000–$220,000. Performance bonus up to $30,000, for a total earning potential of $250,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Vision Planning
- Define and execute a long‑term growth strategy aligned with the company’s mission.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments, regions, and dealer networks.
- Dealer & Customer Acquisition
- Build and optimize scalable acquisition systems across digital, content, partnerships, and events.
- Develop and manage dealer programs, ensuring partners have the training, resources, and incentives to reach sales targets.
- Oversee the growth budget to maximize ROI and optimize the LTV:CAC ratio.
- Full‑Funnel Optimization & Data Strategy
- Analyze and refine the end‑to‑end customer path to eliminate friction and maximize throughput.
- Establish a rigorous data framework to inform strategy and pivot tactics in real time.
- Team Leadership & Organizational Growth
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration, particularly between Sales and Taiwan teams.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting
- Track key performance indicators, including MRR growth, conversion rates, and channel productivity.
- Provide data‑backed updates and forecasts to the CEO.
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
- Industry Experience: 8+ years of leadership in autonomous robotics or Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industry.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record in the golf industry, especially as a Golf Course Superintendent or Sports Turf Facilities Director.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Leadership Traits: Growth‑oriented mindset, open and positive attitude, resilience in fast‑paced environments.
- Bilingual Capability: Native or professional fluency in English and Mandarin mandatory.
