About You:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- Active or eligible licensure in Ohio.
- 5+ years of progressive veterinary experience, ideally with previous leadership exposure.
- Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and develop veterinary professionals.
- Skilled communicator with a collaborative and solutions‑focused mindset.
- Dedicated to advancing medical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
