Role Overview

Provide executive leadership for infrastructure and design strategy across all phases of large-scale, mixed use developments as part of a long-term development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and oversee the master infrastructure strategy, including utilities, transportation, site systems, public realm, and sustainability.
• Direct planning, phasing, budgets, and risk management to ensure alignment with development, construction, and financial goals.
• Lead and integrate cross-functional teams spanning development, design, construction, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee consultant selection, governance, scope, performance, and commercial management.
• Provide executive oversight of schedules, milestones, and decision frameworks to drive timely delivery.
• Ensure design quality, coordination, and constructability across all infrastructure packages.
• Represent infrastructure leadership in executive reviews, agency coordination, and critical stakeholder forums.
• Support procurement and construction execution through strategic issue resolution and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in executing complex, large scale developments from design through completion
• Experience working with local city and public agencies
• Professional Degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, or Construction
