About the Role

Program Managers serve as engagement leaders and delivery strategists, accountable for the successful execution of complex, multi‑initiative digital portfolios for enterprise clients. They oversee interconnected digital programs spanning platform enhancements, integrations, and net‑new builds across the full delivery lifecycle. The role centers on enterprise digital platforms, including websites and web‑based applications, and requires fluency in technical delivery models, stakeholder governance, financial management, and cross‑functional coordination.

Your Impact

  • Web Platform Orchestrator: Manage the full lifecycle of web‑based platforms, coordinating designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to define responsibilities, estimate effort, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with client goals.
  • Connector Across Teams: Bridge communication between clients and internal teams, translating requirements into clear deliverables, reporting progress, and identifying opportunities to improve website experience, structure, and performance.
  • Risk Anticipator: Identify dependencies and blockers, resolve issues or elevate early, and forecast downstream impacts across creative, content, engineering, and SEO.
  • Process Driver: Implement structure and repeatable practices in technical workflows to improve predictability and velocity while maintaining quality.
  • Trusted Partner: Provide steady, client‑facing presence with strong documentation, clear updates, and consistent follow‑through.

What Success Looks Like

  • Smooth Delivery: Projects move efficiently through all phases with minimal blockers and clean handoffs.
  • Flawless Launches: Sites and applications go live on time, with adequate quality assurance and technical requirements satisfied.
  • Client Confidence: Clients view the manager as a trusted advisor capable of translating complex roadmaps into clear action plans.
  • Team Alignment: Internal and external teams stay on track with clear priorities, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Operational Maturity: Practices improve team efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver predictable outcomes across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in a consulting firm or agency.
  • Proven success managing large‑scale website or web application projects from kickoff through deployment.
  • Strong understanding of web development lifecycles: discovery, UX/UI design, engineering, QA/testing, and launch.
  • Ability to interpret and manage requirements across technical teams; familiarity with tech stacks and integration flows is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, including client‑facing experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Kantata, Jira, or Asana.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve technical and workflow challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
