Primary Responsibilities for the Market President:
- Responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and performance of the Basin market.
- Provides strategic direction and hands‑on leadership across business development, lending, deposit growth, and community engagement, while ensuring safe, sound, and compliant banking practices.
- Builds strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and internal teams to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Qualifications for the Market President
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive experience in community or regional banking
- Proven success in commercial lending, business development, and relationship management
- Prior leadership experience with responsibility for a team or market preferred
- Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Strong familiarity with or established ties to the local market preferred
