- Base salary of $180,000 – $200,000 depending on experience

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Active California veterinary license in good standing
- 5+ years clinical experience, including 2+ in a leadership role
- Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Dedication to staff mentorship and team building
