Our nationally recognized specialists treat a full range of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, helping patients of all ages move, heal, and thrive.Join us and become part of a trusted network committed to excellence in orthopedic care.### Physicians Relations and Compensation* Responsible for all aspects of physician compensation management to include: monthly physician compensation true-up calculations management of call pay and other income allocations coordination of quarterly physician distributions and associated tax withholdings preparation and distribution of compensation summaries to physicians proforma development and projections for physician recruitment interact with physicians CPAs regarding physician taxes and compensation and provide all tax related documentation (W2’s, K1s) calculates and track physician buy-ins, buy-outs and trailing AR. Works with payroll team to ensure timely payment. review and approval of all physician expense reports incorporates physician benefit elections as part of physician compensation calculations* Serves as primary point of contact to physicians and meets with physicians as needed to provide education on structure and calculations of compensation plans.* Redirects physician inquiries regarding cash balance, benefits, and profit-sharing contributions to HR Total Rewards team* Completes quarterly review of new physician financial performance with regional administrative and physician leadership.* Prepares physician compensation component of annual operating budget* Collaborates with Legal team to prepare compensation exhibit for physician agreements* Models compensation plan modifications as requested.* Develops and maintains physician compensation dashboards.* Prepares presentation(s) for regional and state board and/or shareholder meetings.### ### BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in layman’s terms.* **Building Effective Teams** – Ability to form teams as needed; creates strong morale and spirit within the group; shares wins and successes; fosters open dialogue to achieve business objections.**Experience**:* Five or more years of demonstrated successful financial experience with progressive levels of responsibility. Prior leadership experience required.* Knowledge of local, state, and federal tax laws.* Prior experience with financial accounting software and/or electronic health record system. Epic experience highly preferred.* Prior data analytic and reporting experience with Caboodle and Tableau highly preferred.* Ability to explain complex financial issues, deliver difficult communications, and educate leadership, clinicians, and other executive leaders.* Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.Polished communication skills and experience communicating complex financial data and working directly with physicians and other clinical providers.This organization participates in e-Verify.
