As Director / Sr Director for Financial Services you will be building and leading transformative engagements with the world’s largest banks, shaping their strategic priorities and ensuring their successful delivery.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor to the Financial Services C‑Suite.
- Identify and create new opportunities, driving new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead program delivery as Program Leader, overseeing engagements with major client(s) and coordinating Capgemini Invent offerings, tools and assets.
- Co‑ordinate and model Capgemini Invent leadership behaviours, coaching junior team members and influencing the wider business.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with a recognised consultancy, leading relationships with a large financial services client and managing significant programmes.
- Good existing relationships with senior executives of major banks operating in the US.
- Experience of developing relationships with senior level client contacts.
- Experience of programme/project management in a matrixed environment.
- Versatile, collaborative style, empathetic, confident and outcome‑focused at all levels.
Compensation
Base range: $169,875 – $319,050. Capgemini pays in accordance with applicable state, provincial, and local transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may fall outside the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
