This multi‑concept program will feature refined spaces delivering exceptional service, elevated cuisine, and thoughtful guest experiences across breakfast, lunch and select curated events. About the Position
The Director of Signature Venues & Specialty Dining serves as the senior leader for the organization’s most exclusive hospitality spaces, overseeing specialty dining operations, private meeting rooms, guest services, budgeting and team leadership. The Director will lead both launch and ongoing operation of the new facility, working closely with internal real‑estate, events, technology and culinary teams to deliver a seamless, high‑level experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operations for all signature venues and specialty dining spaces.
- Manage budgets, procurement and vendor partnerships.
- Recruit, train and coach front‑of‑house professionals.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on service and menu execution.
- Ensure exceptional, discreet service for senior executives and guests.
- Partner with internal teams to maintain readiness and service excellence.
