Overview

As a key member of the strategy leadership team, the Director of Enterprise Analytics reports to the VP, Enterprise Transformation and is instrumental in shaping and driving the company’s analytics strategy. The role focuses on leveraging advanced analytics, business intelligence, and performance metrics to inform and influence strategic initiatives, operational efficiencies, and business growth. The Director will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive data and insights agenda, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations and integrating insights into all aspects of the business.

  • Establish and manage relationships with internal and external data partners and vendors, ensuring data integrity, quality, and access to best‑in‑class analytical tools.
  • Advocate for data‑driven decision making within the organization, ensuring insights are central to strategic and operational planning.

Responsibilities

Analytics Strategy & Leadership

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving insights that influence decision‑making at all levels.
  • Champion a data‑driven culture throughout the organization, embedding analytics into strategic, operational, and financial planning processes.
  • Drive the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and IT teams, including performance tracking systems, predictive models, and business intelligence tools.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business drivers and ensure that insights and analytics inform critical strategic decisions across departments.

Data Management & Insights Development

  • Oversee the analysis and interpretation of internal and external data, synthesizing findings into actionable insights that impact business performance and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators that track business performance and provide clear visibility into trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling techniques to identify key business patterns and predict future outcomes.
  • Utilize a variety of data sources, both qualitative and quantitative, to generate deep insights that support operational improvements, innovation, and business growth.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that data insights are aligned and integrated into all decision‑making processes and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and accessibility of data tools and platforms.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support for teams using data to optimize processes, improve member experience, and drive innovation.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, concise presentations for senior leadership, ensuring actionable recommendations are communicated effectively.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies, tools, and methodologies that enhance the organization’s ability to derive value from data.
  • Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives to validate data‑driven hypotheses and continuously evolve analytics strategies based on business needs and industry trends.
  • Promote innovation within the analytics function by exploring new data sources, research techniques, and technological advancements to stay ahead of emerging trends.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and lead a high‑performing team of analysts, providing mentorship and development opportunities to ensure continuous growth and high‑impact performance.
  • Establish clear performance metrics for the analytics team, tracking success in areas such as data quality, business insights, and project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and results‑driven environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics; Master’s or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and driving data‑centric strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale analytics initiatives that resulted in measurable business impact, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and operational optimization.
  • Extensive experience with data management and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, etc.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to integrate data insights into strategic decision‑making.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change through data and insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and a team player with a positive attitude.

Eligible employees may also participate in an annual corporate bonus incentive program.

Annual Base Salary Range (MA): $180,000 – $225,000.
