Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on leadership to the rehab department and therapy staff

- Collaborate with nursing, administration, and corporate teams on patient outcomes and operational goals
Qualifications
- Licensed PT, OT, or SLP in CA
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and motivate staff
- Skilled in Medicare documentation, compliance, and billing standards
