Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver proactive, business‑aligned support to help strengthen performance, culture, organizational effectiveness, etc.
- Elevate the company’s people department/function
- Senior/strategic advisor to company leaders
- Oversee employee relations/employee engagement within assigned business units
Requirements
- 8+ years of HR experience
- Strong employee relations, strategic partnership, and organizational design experience
- Experience in high‑growth or complex environments
- Leadership experience
- Data‑driven mindset
- Technology, data center, bitcoin, or similar industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
