Overview
Oversee all biomedical and imaging services for a large hospital. Lead the clinical engineering team, manage regulatory compliance, drive capital projects, and ensure reliable, high-quality technology support across the facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop clinical engineering staff.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of clinical devices and imaging equipment.
- Ensure compliance with CIHQ, DNV, TJC, and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, purchasing, vendor contracts, and capital project planning.
- Improve operational performance and service quality.
- Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years managing biomedical and imaging services in a large healthcare system.
- 5+ years hands‑on experience with clinical device maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (CIHQ, DNV, TJC).
- Proven leadership and financial management skills.
