Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and mentorship to veterinarians and support staff
- Develop and maintain medical protocols that align with best practices

Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree
- Active or eligible California veterinary license
