Position Overview
DRCG is looking for a full-time -exempt IT Director to lead our IT operations, oversee infrastructure (on-prem & cloud), and support 800-171 and CMMC compliance. The IT Director will develop IT strategy, manage corporate IT, guide program IT teams, and introduce innovations to support company goals and objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field
- 7-10+ years of overall experience in the IT field
- 3-5 years of proven IT leadership in a management role
- Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 administration and operations (to include all M365 applications)
- Endpoint management
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Network Architecture/Engineering/Administration
- System Architecture/Engineering/Administration
- Vulnerability scanning / patch management
- Virtualization
- Ticketing Systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Technical solutioning expertise
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent organizational skillsStrong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be a US citizen
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
- Knowledge of and experience with 800-171 and CMMC requirements
- Experience integrating security into engineering, DevOps, and cloud environments
- Understanding security frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Management of complex implementation of enterprise-wide IT projects
- Experience holding technical teams accountable
- An active/current DoW Secret clearance or higher or the ability to successfully meet the requirements to obtain one sponsored by our company
Work Hours
This position is a hybrid position with authorized teleworking 2 days a week. Travel to one of our client sites may be necessary on occasion. In person work at our Ashburn, VA location is required 3 days per week.
