Description
Description The Director of Intensive Care is responsible to the Chief Nursing/Clinical Officer for the delivery of quality client care utilizing the nursing process. The quality of care given will be in keeping with the philosophy and objectives of the hospital and the Department of Nursing and will maintain and support the standards of nursing care and practice in order to meet the health care needs of clients, their families and the community.
Qualifications
Qualifications Prospective candidate will possess Bachelor's Degree with a current Alabama RN License. Candidate will have current BLS upon hire. ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire. CCRN Certification required within two years for experienced RNs. Inaddition, successful candidate will complete the Basic Dysrhythmia exam within 90-days of hire.
