Role Summary
We are entering an exciting new chapter in our organization’s journey—and we’re looking for a visionary leader to help shape the future of work. As Director of Digital Workplace Technologies , you will define and deliver a modern, connected, and intelligent workplace experience that empowers employees to collaborate seamlessly and work smarter.
This role is not about managing devices —it’s about transforming how people work through cutting‑edge platforms like Google Workspace (G‑Suite) , Microsoft 365 , and advanced collaboration technologies. You will also leverage AI‑driven automation and orchestrate a multi‑vendor strategy to create a secure, scalable, and innovative digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a digital workplace vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and workforce needs.
- Champion collaboration technologies that drive productivity and engagement across global teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate AI and automation into workplace solutions, enhancing efficiency and user experience.
- Build and manage a multi‑vendor strategy , ensuring flexibility, innovation, and cost optimization.
Technology Delivery & Innovation
- Oversee deployment and optimization of Google Workspace , Microsoft 365 , and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑based services , automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Ensure interoperability and seamless integration across platforms and business applications.
- Maintain robust security and compliance standards across all digital workplace technologies.
User Experience & Change Management
- Design and implement strategies to maximize user adoption and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve the employee digital experience.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Leadership & Vendor Management
- Build and lead a high‑performing team passionate about innovation and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with multiple vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service excellence.
- Drive a culture of agility, innovation, and accountability within the digital workplace team.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 4+ years of management experience.
Critical Skills:
- 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles focused on digital workplace technologies .
- Proven track record in Google Workspace , Microsoft 365 , and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in AI technologies , automation , and multi‑vendor strategy management .
- Deep understanding of cloud collaboration ecosystems , security, and compliance.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

$148,400 – $247,300
