Job Summary The Director of Surgical and Cardiovascular Services provides executive leadership over perioperative and cardiovascular areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role oversees daily operations, workforce development, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness. The director works closely with physicians, nursing teams, and senior leadership to strengthen service line performance and support organizational growth.
