Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Drive sales across residential and commercial sectors in the Denver Metro area. Collaborate with estimators, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution. Manage personal sales pipeline while supporting team members in achieving their goals. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in roofing sales (residential, commercial, or both). 3+ year in a leadership or sales management role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the Denver roofing market and local regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
