Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Serving K-12 students in Fort Jones, CA, this contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide support via teletherapy during the current school year. The role involves delivering high-quality speech and language services remotely to a diverse student population, ensuring engagement and progress in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grades * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs * Provide teletherapy sessions to support speech and language development * Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to monitor student progress * Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and IDEA guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

* Valid SLP certification/licensure and credentials required for practice * Experience delivering teletherapy services in a school-based setting preferred * Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children and adolescents * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students and staff * Ability to manage caseloads and maintain detailed treatment records

Contract Details:

* Duration: Current school year (CSY) * Replacement for existing SLP on leave

This contract position offers the opportunity to impact student communication outcomes through remote therapy in a structured educational environment.
