Job Summary: Super Micro Computer is looking for a results-oriented senior Human Resources professional who possesses a solid skill set and experience. The person holding this key position must be an effective business partner with strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment. The desired candidate will have a successful track record of leading and managing a team conducting full-cycle recruitment activities. This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will be interacting with all levels of management.
This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA which requires work on-site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Job included but not limited to:
Responsible for overseeing recruiting activities, which include audit job contents, draft and review job descriptions, screen and recruit job applicants to fill open positions.
Develop staffing strategies to align with business objectives.
Help develop and deliver training programs that are key in supporting achievement of business strategies through individual and group development sessions.
Lead the effort and run the full recruiting cycle for both technical and non-technical positions.
Proactively build talent pipelines through referral generation, online sourcing, and sourcing campaigns.
Source and identify passive candidates while tracking data to ensure you are investing in sources with the highest ROI; Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate a diverse pipeline.
Develop recruiting metrics and establish clear goals for staffing team.
Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
Establish strong relationships with Hiring Leaders to understand the needs of the business to attract the best talent.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years’ HR experience (prior experience in a tech company preferred, experience in a manufacturing company is a plus).
12+ years managing a recruiting team.
12+ years of high-volume recruitment experience.
Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and flexibly. Able to talk to all levels of hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, written/verbal communication, planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast pace and dynamic environment; Can work well under pressure.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must have system experience in ATS. Experience in SuccessFactors a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or equivalent education and/or experience. HR Certification a plus.
Salary Range $180,000 - $265,000
The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
