Our mission is to reignite the spark in retail through innovation and experience- and we’re looking for a bold, creative, and strategic Head of Brand to own our identity, lead campaigns, and position tm:rw as the go-to innovation brand.

About the role as Head of Brand As the Head of Brand at tm:rw, you will be the strategic and creative engine behind every brand and marketing initiative, responsible for shaping how the world sees, feels, and connects with us. From building global brand awareness and authentic community engagement to ensuring cultural resonance across all touchpoints, you’ll lead the charge in making tm:rw not just seen but remembered. This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on the company’s direction, reporting to the founders and working closely with the executive team to embed brand thinking into every layer of the business.

A selection of your responsibilities includes:

Position tm:rw as the go-to destination for innovation and experiential retail

Lead strategic branding efforts across creative, digital, PR, events, and in-store experiences

Build high-impact campaigns and collaborations with global brands and creators

Shape our storytelling across platforms, with a strong focus on TikTok and emerging social channels

Oversee all visual and experiential brand activations in-store

Set measurable KPIs and use insight to optimize brand performance

Strengthen our position in NYC while expanding awareness across the Tri-State area and beyond

About you You're not just a marketer, you're a visionary storyteller, cultural architect, and strategic thinker. You've built brands from the ground up, shaped narratives that resonate, and turned abstract ideas into emotional, commercial, and community-driven realities. You understand that brand is more than design and messaging, it's how people feel when they step into a space, scroll through a story, or engage with an experience.

You're the kind of leader who thrives in fast-moving, idea-driven environments. You think like a founder, act like a creative director, and measure like a growth marketer. You know how to build momentum, not just campaigns. You speak the language of culture, tech, and community in equal measure. And most importantly: you know how to turn attention into lasting affinity.

10+ years of experience in senior brand/marketing roles ideally in tech, retail, or consumer brands

Proven track record across e-Commerce, physical retail, and experiential marketing

Creative vision with the leadership chops to bring it to life through teams and partners

Experience leading large-scale integrated campaigns that move the needle

A balance of grassroots creativity and big-picture strategy

Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
