Seacrest Village mission is “Senior Living in the Jewish Tradition”.**About the Role**We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Assisted Living to oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living facility. This individual will provide strong leadership, fiscal responsibility, ensure high-quality resident care, and foster collaboration across departments while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.**Key Responsibilities:**•

Lead and manage a large, diverse staff working 24/7, 365 days a year.•

Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.•

Coordinate with nursing, dietary, activities, and other departments to ensure seamless resident care.•

Serve as a primary liaison with residents’ families, ensuring clear communication and compassionate support.•

Report directly to the CEO and executive leadership team to align operational goals with organizational vision.•

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities. (CA. Department of Social Services)•

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year institution with emphasis in geriatrics, healthcare administration, or social work or equivalent

(Master’s degree a plus).•

Proven experience in management and leadership within healthcare or senior living environments.•

Strong skills in budgeting, financial oversight, and operational planning.•

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building relationships across staff, residents, and families.•
