Responsibilities
Maintain accurate resident records and update on a daily basis
Manage and encourage electronic payments through the Resident Portal
Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
Contribute ideas to Property Manager for financial success and improving resident satisfaction
Utilize interpersonal skills and deal effectively with persons from diverse social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds
Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communications
Mentor and assist the leasing team and be that “go-to” person
Provide excellent customer service to all prospective, existing residents and team members
Qualifications
At least two years of experience in the apartment industry
Experience in managing people
Ability to adapt to new technologies
Basic understanding of a property budget
Proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding the English language
Patience
\ Preferred Skills Leadership – Some Knowledge
Administrative – Intermediate
Accounting Operations – Some Knowledge
Communication – Intermediate
Behaviors Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
Licenses & Certifications Required: Driver's License
