As a Senior Account Executive at Corporate Traveler, you will drive new business growth within our North American SME market. This is a full cycle, quota carrying role for a proven B2B sales professional who thrives on hunting, closing, and building meaningful relationships with decision makers.

You will partner with fast growing organizations to understand their business challenges and design travel, technology, and service solutions that create immediate and long-term value. From first conversation through to close, you will own the sales process end-to-end, working collaboratively with marketing, customer success, operations, and enablement to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B business within the SME market, aligned to Corporate Traveler’s ideal customer profile

Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close, including discovery, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations, including C-suite and senior leaders

Apply consultative selling methodologies to uncover customer needs and position Corporate Traveler’s travel, technology, and service offerings as value-driven solutions

Develop, maintain, and actively manage an accurate sales pipeline using CRM and sales automation tools to support forecasting and performance tracking

Consistently deliver results against individual sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives

Conduct compelling virtual and in-person presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs

Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, operations, and enablement teams to ensure a seamless handover and strong customer experience post-sale

Leverage Corporate Traveler’s technology stack and sales tools to maximize efficiency, insight, and customer engagement

Actively participate in ongoing learning, training, and development to deepen industry knowledge and enhance sales capability

Contribute positively to team culture by sharing best practices, supporting peers, and continually seeking opportunities for improvement

Skills & Capabilities Required

Proven prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing skills in a B2B sales environment

Strong communication, presentation, and active listening abilities

Ability to manage a full-cycle sales process independently from initial outreach through to close

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously

Nice to Have

Experience conducting virtual and in-person product demonstrations

Experience presenting to senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders

Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools

Exposure to solution-based or consultative selling methodologies

Experience & Qualifications Required

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle closing role

Nice to Have

Experience selling solutions or services in a consultative sales environment

Experience selling to SME or mid-market customers

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $85,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. The salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements. On target earnings average range between $85,000 - $120,000. The annual salary range listed represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
