The Opportunity

We are looking for an Executive Producer to lead complex, high profile, integrated projects and senior client relationships across Thinkingbox. This role sits at the intersection of creative, production, and client leadership, with responsibility for overseeing delivery across digital, experiential, content, and social work. You will be a senior leader who brings clarity, confidence, and partnership to both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own senior client relationships across integrated programs spanning digital, experiential, content, and social
• Oversee large scale, multi discipline productions from concept through launch
• Partner closely with creative, strategy, and account leadership to deliver high quality work on time and on budget
• Lead and mentor producers while establishing best practices across production
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client partnerships across multiple channels
• Support new business efforts through trusted client relationships and industry credibility

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience producing integrated agency or studio work at a senior level
• Deep understanding of digital, experiential, content, and social production
• Strong leadership and decision making skills
• Experience working across a wide range of clients and industries
• Established senior level client relationships and the credibility to help attract and grow new client partnerships
• A calm, collaborative, and solutions oriented approach
