Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions
Support onboarding, off‑boarding, and all employee events in between
Provide broad support for day‑to‑day human resources activities
Answer phones, prepare materials and conduct scheduling meetings, respond to employment verification requests
Assist employees with their benefits including education, completing enrollment forms, changes/updates, etc.
Create and maintain employee personnel and confidential records
Assist with coordinating and facilitating new hire orientations and employee trainings
Compensation: $21.44–22.29 per hour

Qualifications
1–2 years as a Human Resources Coordinator or Administrative Assistant, supporting an extremely fast‑paced department
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word, ADP, ICIM's
Passion for helping people and solving problems with an intuitive follow‑up ability and customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both via email and phone
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Enjoy being in a role that supports and assists HR Leaders and being one very important piece of the team
