We are seeking a WordPress Designer with a foundational understanding of WordPress and a desire to produce aesthetically pleasing websites that help our clients grow their businesses and brands. Please note, this is a design-focused position and not a web development role. This position offers the opportunity to apply your growing skills working on templated WordPress websites.
What You’ll Do:
Build and design responsive WordPress websites that align with client needs and Kicksite brand guidelines. Collaborate with front-end developers, customer support/success teams, and sales/marketing teams to execute web projects effectively. Develop and maintain website design standards, ensuring consistency and best practices across projects. Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and SEO. Stay current with web design and development trends, continuously enhancing your skills. What You Bring to the Team:
Strong understanding of WordPress and/or basic content management systems. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or other design tools to be able to manipulate assets for websites (graphics). High level of attention to detail & motivation. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles. Good communication, project management, and collaboration skills. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. About Us:
