Oakmont Senior Living
This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Detroit, MI, for a Leasing Consultant at Oakmont Senior Living. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, coordinating lease agreements, and managing all leasing-related activities. Daily tasks include showing properties, assisting with lease administration, facilitating resident retention efforts, and assisting with inquiries and requests. The Leasing Consultant will play a critical role in creating a positive living experience for residents.
Qualifications
Proficiency in handling Leases and Lease Administration
Strong skills in Customer Service and Resident Retention
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a team-oriented environment
Prior experience in leasing or property management is highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced education or certifications in real estate, property management, or a related field are a plus
