Hirewell has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a
Real Estate Analyst,
by a global, real estate investment firm in Orlando, FL.
Qualified candidates will have proven experience in real estate financial modeling and analysis. The Analyst will support asset management, acquisitions, and investment functions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis and cash flow modeling to support the firm's investment portfolio.
Perform underwriting buy/sell scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and return metrics including IRR, NPV, and equity multiple.
Analyze and prepare operating and financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Coordinate preparation of property business plans and annual operating budgets with property managers.
Prepare cash flow models to analyze portfolio performance, property valuation, and lease economics.
Provide due diligence support for acquisitions and dispositions.
Create presentations and summaries for senior leaders, executives, and the investment committee.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, real estate, or related field.
2-4 years of experience with real estate financial analysis and modeling.
Proficiency in MS Excel; ARGUS is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Local Orlando residency or strong ties to the market is preferred.
