We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to represent our community and guide prospective buyers through the homeownership journey. Position Overview

The Real Estate Sales Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, showcasing homes, amenities, and the lifestyle that makes our communities unique. This role is ideal for a driven professional who excels at relationship-building, consultative sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage prospective buyers at the sales center and model homes Represent the communities, homes, builders, and amenities with professionalism and expertise Guide buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract execution Maintain strong knowledge of available homes, floor plans, pricing, and incentives Follow up with leads through CRM systems, phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings Collaborate with builders, marketing teams, and community management Participate in open houses, community events, and broker previews Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all real estate laws and regulations Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying process Qualifications

Active real estate license in the state of North Carolina Proven sales experience (new home sales or master‑planned community experience preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and customer‑focused mindset Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as required Proficiency with CRM systems and basic technology tools Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer
