AnnieMac Home Mortgage is seeking a Full Time Closer to oversee the closing process for all assigned mortgage loans.
Responsibilities
Review title, survey, and all other property certifications for exceptions and compliance.
Enter all required data into the computer system needed to obtain a complete accurate closing package.
Review and audit loan documentation and the LOS to ensure all underwriting conditions have been met and accuracy of all loan information.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, investor, and internal company policies and procedures regarding closing and pre‑closing. Calculate closing figures.
Print and send closing documents to the closing agent.
Perform verbal re‑verification of employment for loans closing, as needed.
Ensure all Federal Income Tax Returns in the loan field have been re‑verified through IRS and signed by the borrowers.
Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.
