AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time
Timely underwriting of appraisal upon receipt from Collateral Valuation Department.
Timely underwriting of title documents upon receipt from Processing.
Contact with Collateral Valuation Department, processors to resolve any issues or questions that may arise on loan files relating to collateral valuation.
Review and analyze appraisals along with supplemental orders in compliance with Appraisal review procedures.
Review and analyze appraisals along with supplemental orders in compliance with AnnieMac Guidelines.
Communicate decision to appropriate parties both verbally and in writing.
Analyze appraisals for any sign of fraudulent documentation or information.
Review and clear all appraisal/title related underwriting conditions prior to closing.
