POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide strategic advisory support and advanced strategic planning capabilities while guiding strategic initiative execution and supporting strategic decision‑making across marketing functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / JOB DUTIES
Develop advanced strategic recommendations for integrated marketing strategy optimization and competitive positioning initiatives.
Provide strategic advisory support for complex market analysis, business case development, and strategic planning projects.
Maintain responsibility for strategic framework development and methodology implementation across marketing functions.
Establish advanced competitive intelligence and market research programs to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Implement strategic performance measurement and ROI analysis frameworks for marketing initiative optimization.
Drive strategic collaboration with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams on business growth initiatives.
Support strategic mentoring and guidance for marketing strategists and strategic planning team development.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other assignments (or duties) as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience.
Five (5) years’ strategic marketing or business strategy experience.
Strong expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
Experience with advanced analytical frameworks and strategic methodology development.
Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
Excellent presentation and strategic communication skills.
Experience mentoring and developing strategic planning capabilities in others.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to travel.
