We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Anthem House in Gainesville, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing efforts to attract and retain residents. Key Responsibilities
Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours. Process lease applications and prepare leasing documents accurately and efficiently. Utilize Entrata software to manage resident information, lease agreements, and payments. Maintain strong customer service standards to ensure resident satisfaction. Support marketing initiatives through social media platforms including Instagram. Create and manage content for social media to promote community events and available units. Use Microsoft Excel and Word to generate reports, track leasing activity, and maintain records. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies. Required Skills
Proficiency with Entrata property management software. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with social media marketing, especially Instagram. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Qualifications
Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
